Here’s how to begin the process:

1. Call the Ravines office at 219-864-5063 or contact The Ravines office to ask any questions. Your inquiry will be confidential.
2. We will respond with additional information and answer any questions you may have.
3. If you choose to move forward, we will determine available openings for your Couples Counseling Intensive (CCI). At this point, there will be a phone conversation from each spouse to the Counseling Liaison or a Ravines staff member.
4. Both husband and wife will need to complete individual application intake forms and submit to The Ravines.
5. Your reservation will be secure once you have submitted a $500 deposit. Please note: Your $500 deposit is non-refundable. (If a situation arises where the couple is unable to come on the prescribed date, this deposit is transferable as long as a minimum of 72-hour (business hours) notice is given to The Ravines. Should a couple cancel their session completely, a minimum 72-hour (business hours) notice is required or the couple will be billed for 1/2 of the entire session.)
6. You will promptly need to supply the following forms: Intake Form, HIPAA Form, Release Form, Pastoral Referral, Allergies and Travel Information Form, Fitness Center Release Form (and in some cases, No Harm Agreement.)
7. Before coming to The Ravines, some couples may be invited to complete an additional assessment to help the counselor identify the unique strengths and potential growth areas in the marriage. There is a $35 fee for this online assessment which can be cared for with a credit card at the time of logging in. This fee is in addition to the cost of The Ravines.
8. Final payment must be received at least 1 week prior to your arrival, or a payment plan must be in place. Should you need a scholarship, please do not hesitate to fill out the Application for Financial Scholarship.
